SUMMARY:Largest American Flag Unfurling - Omaha
DESCRIPTION:The world’s largest American Flag is coming to Omaha to help celebrate America 250! Experience the feeling you get when you see hundreds of people working together… when you see that first set of stars unveiled… the feeling in your heart and throat as you remember all of those who have suffered\, bled and died to keep her flying. \nRequires 650 people to unfurl and raise this 250′ x 550′ flag. All ages are welcome to help unfurl the flag for this memorable event: church or civic groups\, military units\, families and individuals. Please sign up in advance on the website. \nThe event is expected to run from 6-9 PM. A practice flag raising will take place at 6 PM\, followed by entertainment and a Drone Show. Dr. Ronan Tynan\, world-renowned Irish tenor will perform. This is a free event and food will be available for purchase.
